Steiner and Burris product(s) are shipped by Stoeger Canada to the United States for related repairs tied to warranty, parts and service. Unfortunately, due to respective border regulations, consumers cannot send products directly to the Burris repair center in Greeley, Colorado. As a related party, we manage the required documentation and shipping process as an intermediary. NEW: please know in advance, we are experiencing complications related to the ongoing trade dispute between Canada and the United States. As such, please allow for additional time related to transit times to and from the repair center, beyond the noted repair times listed on their respective website(s).
