POLICY: RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Your satisfaction is important to us. Products sold through the Stoegercanada.ca website can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of receipt.
Please note, some items are final sale due to sanitary reasons. These items have a warning in the description. Guarantee applies only to items purchased from Stoeger Canada’s website. Please wait a minimum of 14 business days before reporting an order as missing.

1. LOGIN IN using the email address and password entered when you placed your order.
2. Select ORDERS.
3. Select RETURN on the order with the item(s) you wish to return.
a.The return button is greyed out if your order has passed our 30-day return policy. Note, once you make a return, you cannot go back and return additional items from the same order. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for help.
b.If there is no RETURN button, it means your order is still processing. Once completed, the button will appear.
4. Find and select the item(s) you would like to return. Once selected, you can enter the quantity and the reason. Reasons for returns are wrong size, wrong item, not as expected and damaged/warranty. If you select other, please enter the reason in the comment box.
5. Click SUBMIT YOUR REQUEST. Please ensure you enclose the correct and complete information when making a return. The item(s) requested for return will be the only ones to receive a refund.
6. A confirmation email will be sent. We will contact you within 1-3 business days with your Return Authorization (RA)number.
7. Please wait for the follow up email with a Return Authorization (RA) number before shipping. Write the RA number on your shipping box or on a piece of paper placed inside the box. Ship to the address below. Customer is responsible for shipping fees incurred. Collect on delivery (C.O.D) shipments will not be accepted.

8. Items must be returned in original packaging and with merchandise tags attached. If you have questions or need additional information, please email email@example.com.

What if my item is damaged/defective?
We work hard to ensure items arrive in perfect condition, but we understand that this is not always the case. If you receive a damaged or defective item covered under our warranty, please proceed to return the item through your account. Select “Damaged/Warranty” as the reason for your return and provide details in the comment box. We will follow up within 2 business days to help you. What if I received the wrong Item?
Did you receive a shipment from us that is not what you ordered? We will be happy to fix that. Please proceed to return the item through your account and choose “Wrong Item” as the reason for your return and provide details in the comment box. We will follow up within 2 business days to help you.
What if I am missing an item from my order?
A tracking number is emailed to you when the items are shipped. Please wait a minimum of 14 business days before reporting an order as missing. If you are missing an item in your package, please contact us through our Contact Us page for further assistance.
When will I get my refund?
After we have received your item and processed your return, most returns are fully refunded in 3-5 days. Refunds will be credited in the manner which payment was made – PayPal or Credit Card. Note, if the Return Authorization (RA) number is not written on the box or on a visible piece of paper in the box, your return may get lost or may be marked as unknown. To avoid any errors, please place the RA in a visible area.
Can I exchange an item?
We understand that sometimes sizing can be an issue. We cannot exchange an item for a different size, colour or product. Therefore, please proceed to return the item through your account and select Wrong Size as the reason for your return. Afterwards, please proceed to place a new order on the website for the item you wish to receive.
